Victoria Lowrey
Co-Founder, CEO & Director of Operations, Licensed Financial Professional
Victoria has an MBA in Management, speaks, reads and writes in five languages. She has more than 18 years’ experience working with pre-retirees and retirees, as well as a vast background in Long-Term Care. She helped Jake start Lowrey Financial Group while she was working for McKinsey and Company as well as being in of charge of behind-the-scenes preparation from marketing to answering phones and greeting clients.
On top of raising ten-year-old twins, Aden and Lilya, Victoria is a big supporter of the Jimmy Fund and an avid reader.
David Seitzer
Senior Licensed Investment advisor
David designs customized retirement plans focused on providing income for a fulfilling retirement, leaving a legacy, or ensuring peace of mind in case long-term care is needed. His approach is built on understanding each client’s unique goals, rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions.
With a career rooted in personal connections, David builds “Forever Funding” plans that evolve with clients’ needs. His guiding principles are Authenticity, Transparency, and Clear Communication, ensuring clients receive both a solid financial plan and a trusted ally.
A third-generation military veteran, David is also an Accredited Service Officer with the Department of Veterans Affairs. In 2005, he founded Project Veteran Aid, which helps veterans access critical benefits, and Project Medicaid, assisting families with Medicaid applications. David has mentored over 75 financial professionals and works closely with Elder Law attorneys across the U.S. to support clients through crisis care and asset protection planning.
Outside of his professional work, David and his wife Lin have four children and are active in their church and community. They love hiking, skiing, and chasing waterfalls—having found over 150 in the past two years.

Jimmy Sullivan Jr.
Licensed Financial Professional
Jimmy Sullivan was brought onto the Lowrey Financial Team in 2020. He received his education from Roger Williams University, focused on Finance within the Gabelli School of Business. Jimmy grew up in Melrose, Mass and attended Malden Catholic High School. According to Jimmy, his favorite part of working at Lowrey Financial so far has been building a great relationship with the team. When Jimmy is out of the office, he is most likely to be outdoors and enjoying time with his friends.
Dounia Owaritny
Operations Manager
Dounia joined the Lowrey Financial Team as an Operational Manager, bringing a strong background in finance, operations, and multilingual communication. A graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Magna Cum Laude, Dounia also attended High Point University, where she honed a passion for operational efficiency. In addition to her professional expertise, Dounia is fluent in three languages, which enhances her ability to communicate effectively in diverse environments. In her role, Dounia focuses on streamlining operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day processes at Lowrey Financial. What Dounia enjoys most about working here is the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team. Outside of the office, Dounia enjoys attending concerts, cooking, and experiencing live sports events, all while spending quality time with friends and family.
